Required Documents
After reviewing the overview section and required documents and completing the acknowledgment, users will then begin adding attachments. Begin by moving to the supporting documents checklist. Here users will see supporting documents organized by Description Link, Required, Document Link, Date Added, and Actions to be taken. Users will see that the budget and draft subgrant agreement are both required.
Additionally, both of these documents have corresponding templates which can be downloaded. We ask users to use the templates by selecting the blue document icon, completing the template then selecting the green cloud icon to upload.

Next, users will be required to complete the draft subgrant agreement. Select the blue document icon to download the template, and once complete, select the green cloud icon to upload.
PLEASE NOTE: The other documents are only required if this is an application to subgrant with a new subgrantee OR if this is an application to renew an existing subgrant and the user’s basic field service area is in competition this year (i.e., users are submitting a Basic Field Grant Award Application). Please refer to the Subgrant Application for a list of these documents.
