Hill is the program manager and social impact & community engagement lead at Relativity, a legal software firm. He joined Relativity in 2020, previously having worked in different positions at LinkedIn. During his tenure there, he was part of the Chicago Leaders of LinkedIn’s Black Inclusion Employee Resource Group and launched a fellowship program to help place people from untapped communities in the e-discovery and technology fields. He holds a B.A. from Morehouse College and an M.A. in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.
